The GHN Discipleship Pathway is a remote spiritual leadership development program designed for athletes, coaches, and kingdom workers who are always on the move. It meets you where you are — on the road, in the gym, between games.

This is not a Sunday school curriculum. It is a serious, structured pathway for men and women who want to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ and as leaders in their communities.

The pathway moves through five intentional stages — Engage, Enlist, Equip, Empower, and Encourage. Each one builds on the last. Together they form a complete cycle of discipleship that reproduces itself.

ENGAGEMeet people where they areDiscipleship starts with presence. GHN enters the basketball world — courts, gyms, tournaments, and communities — and builds genuine relationships before anything else. You cannot lead someone you have not first engaged.
ENLISTCall them into something biggerOnce trust is built, the invitation goes out. We call athletes, coaches, and community members into the GHN network — not just as participants, but as people with a purpose and a role to play in the kingdom.
EQUIPGive them what they need to growThis is where the pathway does its deepest work. Through Scripture, community, accountability, and practical training, we equip every person in the network to grow as a disciple and a leader — remotely, consistently, and seriously.
EMPOWERRelease them to leadEquipped people become empowered leaders. GHN releases men and women to lead in their own contexts — their teams, their neighborhoods, their families — with the confidence and tools to make a real difference.
ENCOURAGEStay in it for the long haulThe work is hard. The road is long. GHN stays connected to every person in the network — celebrating wins, walking through setbacks, and keeping the community strong so no one runs alone.
